  • All sales are final
    We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This applies to originals, limited-edition prints, drawings, textiles, sculptures, mixed-media works, custom or commissioned pieces, digital files, gift cards, and sale items.
  • Legal rights
    Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (the only exceptions)
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@valeriaannwatson.com 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and the item (all sides)
    • A brief description of the issue: Keep all packaging until we complete the review. After verification, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit. For limited editions or one-of-a-kind works, replacement may not be possible; in those cases, store credit may be offered.
  • Carrier claims and timelines
    Damage in transit is covered by the carrier. We will assist you with a claim, but we cannot guarantee the carrier’s outcome. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may void eligibility for remedies.
  • Color, materials, and handmade variation
    Artwork may include recycled, natural, or found materials. Variations in color, surface texture, patina, fibers, and tool marks are inherent to the work and are not defects. Color may vary due to screen settings and lighting.
  • Shipping, taxes, and duties
    Shipping charges, insurance, taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If a return is authorized for inspection or repair, you are responsible for return shipping with tracking and insurance unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • Delivery delays and loss
    We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. These circumstances do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. We will help trace lost shipments with the carrier.
  • Order details and address accuracy
    Please review your shipping address and order details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Re-shipments and address corrections may incur additional charges.
  • Title and risk of loss
    Title passes and risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided.
